1) Tuition and Room and Board for resident students for the week will be $720.00.
Individual Song Fixing sessions with Kate Campbell will cost $50 per hour and will be scheduled in one-hour slots running from 1:00 to 2:00 PM and 6:45 to 7:45 PM.
2) We will have a limited number of camping spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you will be camping, your Tuition and Room and Board fees will be $705.00.
3) As well, we will have a limited number of spaces available for day students. If you attend as a day student, you may purchase your meals singly. Day student tuition is $465.00.
Single meals are available to day students only at the following rates:
Breakfast: $9.50
Lunch: $15.00
Dinner: $20.00
Day students will need to find their own housing off-campus. The Seven Oaks office can be of help in locating area bed and breakfasts and motels.
Meals will begin with supper on Sunday, July 5, 2009 and run through lunch on Friday, July 10, 2009.
All fees should be paid by check or money order made out to: Cedar Run Song Workshops.
Cedar Run is a small program, and it's very helpful if you can send full payment with your registration. If you would rather, you may send in a $100.00 non-refundable deposit with your registration and pay the balance according to the schedule above.
Once registered, if you need to cancel, you may do so before June 1, 2009, and all monies collected from you up to that point will be refunded in full, other than your $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after June 1, 2009 will be refunded only the cost of housing and meals; tuition money is non-refundable after that date.
Class enrollment is limited to 8 students per class; particular classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis as registrations are received. Please read class description information carefully, and make your class choices. Our schedule is set up so that you can take four classes in total; each class will meet five times (75 minutes per meeting). When your registration is received and processed, you will receive by mail a statement indicating the amount of money received, any balance due, and the classes for which you are registered. If you wish to make changes in your class choices, please notify us immediately. As classes fill, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
For those choosing to send in a deposit and delay full payment, all monies owed must be paid in full by June 1, 2009. Registrations not paid in full by that date cannot be guaranteed.

upon when registration is received. However, your class slot is not
guaranteed until your registration is paid in full. If a class
fills, a waiting list will be created, and any slots that open up
will be reassigned on the same first-come, first-served
basis.
Please enclose a check or money order with your registration made out
to: Cedar Run Song Workshops. (If you are registering for Song Fixing slots with Kate Campbell, please make sure to include $50.00 per session, in addition to your regular registration fees.) It's very helpful to us if you pay in
